The collector of your personal data is Bradmax Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw (01-031), Aleja Jana Pawła II 61/164 (hereinafter refered to as: Bradmax, we, us).
Primarily, your data will be processed in order to provide you the Service according to the Terms of Service. In this case the basis for processing your data is article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation – the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract. Providing your personal data is required to conclude a contract and the Service provision. Providing the data is voluntary, but the consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to provide the Service.
